50 years of SPT Pumpen - Söndgerath – an evening full of emotions, memories and gratitude

What an evening! On 19 September 2025, we celebrated our 50th company anniversary in the stylish ambience of the Casino Zollverein – together with customers, suppliers and employees.
It was an evening full of emotions and special moments:
From the warm welcome by managing partners Andreas and Carsten Söndgerath to the emotional review of the company's founding by their father to exciting insights from our surprise guest Urs Meier, who perfectly captured the theme of the evening in his presentation on ‘Decisions under pressure’.
In five decades of company history, countless decisions have shaped the path of SPT Pumpen-Söndgerath – from the founding idea to the development of our own pump solutions and successful international cooperation with our partners.
A big thank you goes to all the guests who made this evening a special experience and, of course, to all the contributors, partners and our team who helped make this anniversary a success.
We were particularly moved by our guests' generosity: €15,000 was raised that evening for the planned children's shelter in Essen – a strong sign of solidarity and social responsibility! 💙

This anniversary was more than just a celebration – it was a sign of solidarity, unity and pride in what has driven us for 50 years: reliability, innovation and a genuine passion for the Ruhrgebiet area.
